As barflies: At the Wine Spectator Tasting Bar at Copia for wine tasting and appetizers.
As diners: Enjoy a freshly prepared 3-course lunch paired with ultra-premium wines.
As winemakers: A hands-on wine-blending workshop complete with your own label and bottling.

Carve out your day and enjoy a customized experience you'll remember for a long time to come:

Copia: THE AMERICAN CENTER FOR WINE, FOOD & THE ARTS offers so many food and wine experiences, we're letting you decide what comprises your special day at the center.

Indulge your inner gourmet with this highly unique — and fabulously delicious — private "Taste of Copia" experience for 8 guests — including as many experiences as you want to tackle in one day: garden tour, tasting, wine education, meal, wine blending.

Perhaps you'll choose to begin your journey with a glass of sparkling wine as you tour Copia's renowned Edible Gardens, hand-picking organic herbs and produce to be used in your lunch. Maybe then, you'll stop at the Wine Spectator Tasting Bar where Copia's Senior Wine Educator, Kevin Toomajian, will pair a sampling of premier wines with a small selection of appetizers. Head into the Meyer Food Forum to enjoy a 3-course meal paired with ultra-premium wines. As the day winds down, you might want to become the winemaker in a hands-on wine-blending workshop. If so, Copia's professional wine staff will advise you as you create your own custom blend. Ultimately you'll pop in a cork and take home your one-of-a-kind bottle of wine...along with wonderful memories of a day of sharing wine, food and the arts!

Please note: Must take place prior to September, 27, 2009 on a mutually agreed-upon date. All three groups of 8 must select one common date.
