The beating heart of Yellowstone Club's glorious
13,600 acres of mountainside retreat is its vibrant
community of members where active days settle
into evenings of chef-inspired meals with equally
inspirational wine selections.
The lifeblood of the Club is Mother Nature herself
whose stunning beauty stops you in your tracks
-whether under a white blanket of snow or painted a
lush Spring green; as breezes sift through trees and the
sun sprinkles diamonds on clear flowing streams.
This place calls to you.
La Jota has its own special place high up Napa's
Howell Mountain where the terroir challenges vines
to produce only the best. This is where high altitude
cooling keeps heat spikes from interrupting even
ripening, while requiring the fruit to hang late into the
season by valley floor standards. There is much rain
here, and the land sheds most of it in well-drained
hard volcanic soil that makes for fruit concentration at
harvest, and lusciousness in the glass.
